The equipment offers the utmost in safety and profitability, produces an excellent quality of material mix and requires a minimum in maintenance. A particular heating system, operating directly or indirectly, ensures that the mass is heated up gently and quickly.
The equipment can be installed on truck chassis, truck changing system or trailer chassis with individual or dual axle.
The kettles can be delivered with capacities from 200 up to 1,800 l. The machines of type LK are equipped with an agitator shaft sealed with low-maintenance stuffing boxes.
The machines type AK / AKZ are equipped with a stationary agitator shaft which does not require a stuffing box sealing.
Depending on the size of the unit, they are either manually driven or powered by a one-cylinder diesel engine with single stage hydraulic gearless drive, reverse operation and overload protection.
