For the preparation and melting of mastic asphalt and other materials.
The kettles can be delivered with capacities ranging from 200 up to 2,400 l. The machines of type LK are equipped with an agitator shaft sealed with low-maintenance stuffing boxes. The machines type AK / GT are equipped with a suspended agitator shaft which does not require a stuffing box sealing.
These robust machines with a powerful hydraulic drive, stable agitator and high-capacity heating system can be used in a heating as well as a recycling function.
The two-tiered or infinite variable hydraulically powered drive of the agitator is operated by a chain with reverse operation. It is powered by diesel engines with one or two cylinders.
Fully automated gas or oil burner installations heat the unit whereas the oil burner installations are powered by an inverter and a switchboard produced in-house by Linnhoff & Henne which ensures the safety of a reliable installation.
All operating elements are clearly arranged in a waterproof switchboard.
The equipment can be installed on truck chassis, truck changing system or trailer chassis with individual or dual axle.
