Our mastic asphalt transport mixers distinguish themselves by their low empty weight, a powerful direct agitator drive and low operating costs.These kettles can be delivered with capacities from 500 up to 12,000 l. The machines of type AW are equipped with an agitator shaft sealed with low-maintenance stuffing boxes. The machines of type GT are equipped with a suspended agitator shaft which does not require a stuffing box sealing. The drive is powered by a two to four cylinder soundproof diesel engine.
The two-stage or variable agitator drive in Type AW operates directly without chain drive; the one in type GT, however, with a chain drive.
Fully automated gas or oil burner installations heat the unit whereas the oil burner installations are powered by an inverter and a switchboard produced in-house by Linnhoff & Henne which ensures the safety of a reliable installation.
All operating elements are clearly arranged in a waterproof switchboard.
The equipment can be installed on trucks made by different manufacturers, truck changing systems, trailer chassis, semi-trailer chassis or simply on basic frames.
